We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days for domestic orders (U.S.).
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Available for countries outside the United States, with delivery times varying from 10-20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight of the order, and chosen shipping method.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the destination country’s postal system.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses: We recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery. Some shipping carriers may have restrictions on P.O. Box deliveries.
  • International Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be applicable upon delivery.

5. Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped by RegalGlows are insured during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@regalglows.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address information or refusal by the recipient, the package will be returned to us. If the item is returned, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping costs. If you wish to receive the package again, we will ask you to pay the return shipping cost.

8. Shipping Issues

  • Delays: While we strive to ship orders in a timely manner, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Missing or Damaged Packages: If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
