Refund and Returns Policy

At RegalGlows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review the policy below to understand your rights and how to proceed with returns or refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
  • It must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or on sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item to our warehouse.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • If your return is rejected due to signs of wear or damage, we will notify you, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, please contact us at info@regalglows.com within 30 days of receiving your order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
